DRHAZI Daily Ritual

Beauty is not a step. It is a state.

Each of us walks a different path toward beauty. We live at different rhythms, carry different weights, and find our way back to ourselves in different ways.

Yet there is something we all share: a desire for harmony, balance… and that quiet feeling of being truly at ease in our own skin.

Many people ask me: “What makes your skin so beautiful?”

And I always smile, because honestly— it could be even more beautiful. If I paid more attention to myself. If there were less stress. If I didn’t try to do everything at once.

But over the years, I’ve learned something essential: beauty is not born from perfection,
but from the ability to return to yourself, again and again.

Now, approaching 50, I see myself as more beautiful than ever. Not because I have fewer lines— but because I carry more calm within.

And this is what I wish to share with you.

Morning Ritual

The way your day begins defines your energy. I wake up early. Around 6 a.m. I am already awake—quietly, before the world begins. My mornings do not start with rushing, but with presence. A tea—this is my first step back to myself. Followed by a short, 15-minute workout. It’s not about performance, but awakening. A cold shower completes this process. It refreshes. It brings life. Then comes touch: a short, conscious body massage. This is not only for the body. This is connection with myself.

For me, skincare is not a routine, but a refinement: a serum + cream combination, with 100% active ingredients, that do not cover, but support the skin’s natural function. By 7:30, I am ready. Not only on the outside—but within.

Weekend Deep Presence

When you give time to yourself, your skin responds.

On weekends, I slow down. I don’t just do things—I experience them.

This is the time for deeper regeneration. Longer treatments, deeper massage, yoga, sunlight, silence. The skin becomes especially receptive.

I love creamy masks— instant replenishment, instant radiance. I always prepare the skin first: liposomal serum → then mask. Layering is the key to effectiveness. Body care becomes more intentional too: oils, deeper touch, slower movements.

This is no longer a routine. This is a ritual.

What You Can Make Your Own

You don’t have to be perfect. Just consistent.

1. Move every day. — Even 10 minutes is enough. Movement is one of the most powerful anti-aging tools.

2. Touch your body. Massage—face, neck, body. It activates circulation and reconnects you with yourself.

3. Nourish yourself with living foods. Fresh fruits, vegetables, juices. Your skin is built from within.

4. Go outside. At least 10 minutes a day. This is not a luxury—it’s essential.
